......alright so - it got to the point where i started to be obsessed with how much i weighed and it affected my mood no matter how much i weighed. Five pounds heavier - I would be at the gym 2-3 times a day or restrict my eating. My promise to myself is to not look at the scale / get on the scale because I started to get unhealthy again. I'm going to keep my SW, GW etc to remind me where I was going. It is still motivation, but not motivation to get on the scale.

    This morning I had such a good power workout. My legs and arms are going kill me tomorrow. In fact my but already kills.. but I live it. And my intake has been wo.fearful today. The only unclean thing I had would.be three oreos, two bites of a bagel and small piece of ky kit. I’m proud I’ve had so much fruit and veggies all day!!! I didn’t even order from McDonald’s.. which was hard for me but I stayed strong and listened to.my body

    On vacation and we just went grocery shopping … This is going to be a healthy vacation!!!!

    yoga and pilates are one of the main things that has changed my life around…for the better

    another two hours at work and then gym time!

     only doing the ellpitical today at the gym for a good 40 minutes. aka i’ll watch a tv show on netflix - then back to my room to do pop pilates and possibly jillian michael’s yoga meltdown!
