This morning I had such a good power workout. My legs and arms are going kill me tomorrow. In fact my but already kills.. but I live it. And my intake has been wo.fearful today. The only unclean thing I had would.be three oreos, two bites of a bagel and small piece of ky kit. I’m proud I’ve had so much fruit and veggies all day!!! I didn’t even order from McDonald’s.. which was hard for me but I stayed strong and listened to.my body
